1. Somizi Mhlongo and Mohale Motaung

After meeting at Somizi’s book launch in 2017, one of SA’s most popular couples got engaged in 2018. Their nuptials last year were a star-studded and glitzy affair that was hailed as one of the weddings of the year. Their recent “white wedding” in January will be included in SA’s first gay celebrity wedding special.

2. Sade Giliberti and Chané Scallan

The former YoTV presenter relocated to London in 2015 to be closer to her partner, and the move certainly seems to have been good for both.
