Will Smith’s ex-wife denies he is gay

Will Smith’s ex-wife has lashed out at claims by transgender actress Alexis Arquette that the former couple got divorced because she caught the Hollywood star having sex with a man.

Arquette made the comment in response to Smith’s current wife Jada Pinkett Smith’s decision to boycott the Oscars this year because no black actors have been nominated for the past two years, including her husband for his recent performance in Concussion.

Writing on Facebook, Arquette called the couple hypocrites. “When Jada comes out as Gay and her beard husband admits his first marriage ended when she [his ex-wife] walked in to him butt servicing his Sugar Daddy [music producer] Benny Medina ..then I will listen to them,” she said.

“Gays have enemies. They lurk in gilded closets. Outing is healthy. You are either with or against us. You decide. Today,” Arquette added.

Sheree Fletcher, Smith’s ex-wife and mother to their son Trey, then responded to Arquette in a video posted to her Facebook page.

“Will was straight in 1992 and he’s straight in 2016,” she said. “So for you to claim you have firsthand knowledge information as to why my marriage didn’t work out is completely out of line.”

“Not only is it out of line, it’s absolutely not true,” Fletcher insisted, explaining that they broke up because they were unhappy, not because of cheating. “I didn’t find Will in bed with a man, I didn’t find him in bed with a woman,” she added.

Neither Will nor Jada Pinkett Smith has responded to Arquette’s remarks.

In 2014, Arquette made headlines when she claimed in an interview that she “had sex with Jared Leto back when I was presenting as a male.”
