WATCH: US BIG BROTHER’S GAY/STRAIGHT ‘SHOWMANCE’

Two male Big Brother housemates in the US have taken to cuddling and groping each other, often while shirtless, even though one of them insists he’s straight.

The adorable blossoming ‘showmance’ has emerged between openly gay Frankie Grande (the half-brother of pop star Ariana Grande) and straight housemate Zach Rance.

They’ve become affectionately known as “Zrankie” and even happily hug, spoon and caress each other in bed. They seem inseparable, much to the bewilderment of some of the other housemates.

“I’m not gay,” Rance insisted, “But the bond Frankie and I have is so genuine and sincere that I truly feel that he is my boyfriend.”

He went on to say: “I like gay people. I’m straight and I only date women. He’s just one of the greatest people I’ve ever met.”

Grande on his part described his other half as being “just like a little puppy dog,”

He added: “He just follows me anywhere that I go. We cuddle in bed, we do meals together, we do weights together, we go in the pool together, we make up dances together. I don’t know what I have in him but it’s lovely for now.’

Last year’s season of Big Brother in the US was rocked by housemates making a series of homophobic and racist comments, all shown on live internet feeds.
