ANDERSON COOPER’S BOYFRIEND ‘CAUGHT CHEATING’
The long-term boyfriend of recently-out CNN journalist and host Anderson Cooper has been photographed passionately kissing another man in a New York park.
The pictures were published by the Daily Mail and show Ben Maisani (39) sitting in a park together with a mystery dark-haired man as they embrace, hold hands and kiss.
The kiss is by no means a friendly peck on the cheek, but a lusty open-mouthed smooch.
Cooper (45) has been dating Maisani, who owns the Eastern Bloc gay bar in Manhattan, for around three years.
The images came as a shock to many as recent reports suggested that the two men, who live in Cooper’s New York townhouse, were planning to marry soon.
Cooper’s sexuality had long been an open secret but he only came out as gay to the public in a letter to the Daily Beast last month.
“The fact is, I’m gay, always have been, always will be, and I couldn’t be any more happy, comfortable with myself, and proud,” he wrote.
Cooper is an award-winning journalist and author. He is the main anchor of the CNN news show Anderson Cooper 360° and also hosts his daytime talk show, Anderson.
