I was lamenting on the fact that Flavio sees the people defending gay rights as an Ugly Peoples Convention. Physical Beauty should not be the yardstick when defending our rights to be who we are or want to be.

Where were the gay business men and women?. It always fails to amaze me that significant gay/lesbian business men and women are never invited to these events. OUT does some good work, but I must agree it tends to be exclusive amongst its own executive, and nothing much is done to reach out to those extraordinary men and women that are not part of its management team.
This exclusivity will be a significant hindrance to growth, funding and the additional work it seeks to do.
Pity, as I think this is the first time the Minister of Health has attended such an event. It good have been a significant milestone for the community, and much more than it was.
WHERE ARE THEY. Tog so waar, where are the men and woman that also can make a difference. OUT you are good and sound like bad sometimes but lets stay with good, but where are the gay business men and woman, come on !!!!!!!!!!

Let’s see if people can read … I am sorry but unless you have been hiding under your nitwit gay rock for the past few months OUT publicized their event on various publications and networking sites, perhaps if the community could stop bitching for 5 seconds about what others do wrong and actually support an event that is advertised then there would be no need for the over dramatization gays are so prone to doing. Why not shut up and attend an event rather than be the critic squad afterward!
