. how u know im not already in one of these pics? guys.. if you wanna be prancing around with your pouty lips acting like wannabee super models then take the comments.. trust me.. if theres someone or a pic i like i will comment on it positively, sadly in this gallery, i never saw it… and i do actually happen to like the club, its in now way anything close to what “Babylon” should be, but its 10000% better than Risque, Ramps and Legends put together… The boys at the opening were super hot, but that whole bullshit of having 10 cabriolets pull in at the same time with their sugardaddy botoxed drivers… come on guys get real, be who you are.. dont all try be “Adam”. Regarding the Adam Issue, yes we all know how irritating it is that he is so hot, and is an underwear model, and has the body of a greek god, and perfect skin and movie star teeth, AND HE KNOWS IT!!!!!!!! (and by the way if that isn’t nauseating enough, i discovered recently that his family is one of the richest families in the country – we’re talking billions of rands here people – that’s billions with a “B” lol). And even with all his arrogance, he STILL manages to get every guy he wants. I know, it’s frustrating, especially when we all keep telling ourselves that looks and money aren’t supposed to be all that matters.
But a couple of my friends have spoken to him in places other than the clubs, and it turns out he’s actually intelligent, ariculate, and actually a decent guy. My question is: why the facade? why give off the image that you think you’re better than everyone else? I don’t get it. just because he’s hot doesn’t mean he has to be such a F*#@ING A@#HOLE!!!!!

reaction 01. Let me remind you, Recess is a straight club, with some gay evenings. If you cannot entertain the gay community anymore, it’s perhaps a sign that you should find something else to do. I think if you are gay in JHB, the best would be to support the QC events, and the FTV gay nights.

. I think the QC events are worthy of our support. Gay club venue…. I think the gay community in JHB are too divided to just have one club. I also think our community here is getting increasingly too small. I think we should join the straights in their clubs.

I must admit the gay culture lately has become very ‘gay’! The guys/queens which ever way you look at eat look like they haven’t eaten in 10 years and all drugged up like there’s no tomorrow. Most of them try and act like they are the biggest bitches in the world and trust me you are all amatuers, like they are trying to be Mark and Amanda from Ugly Betty!
My advice… be original, be yourself and stop being so pretenious, because one day you will wake up and find that the party has really come to end and you have landed up with no one by your side. You’ll have to pay young little boys to be with you. (and no i am not old just wiser.)

Babylon has been a success two events in a row. The problem with this industry is the minute decent competition comes on the scene people act like a bunch of Queens on crack! Why don’t you show some damn respect for people in the community trying to offer something different. It’s only the “same old same old” to the competition. There are more positive comments in general in the community than these ridiculous taunts! Other clubs are resorting to “free entrance”, so how bad can Bablyon be?

tip’s. no camera’s… no managament posing in photos, and more video’s of people having a great time..easy. also i would start a private club and charge a club fee have some…. exclusive club members only parties…, per month.. baby steps..
if you are a club member, you don’t have to pay ticket fees to QC events.
