Depressing. The gay scene has become sad, or maybe it’s just me not changing with the times. The guys look scruffier and camper every time. Am I suppose to pick a boyfriend from this crowd? If so the thought depresses me.

Agreed. Not judging a book by it”s cover, but more and more, when you go out these days you feel like carrying a can of doom with you – to spray some of the “goggas” you see there, because some really goes out of their way to look as weird as they possibly can. Why would anyone want to do that? But hey, that is how times and things change, I suppose. But don”t get depressed James, you will just have to look harder for your “diamond in the rough”. Although “rough” seems to become extinct these days…

YEAH RIGHT. OH MY GOD! Never in my life have i seen an uglier, campier, queenie pics than i have seen now. They should call it anorexia and ugly party night! The times are changing and the good ol days when purple fly, etc… are totally over. These guys are so loving each themselves and what is there to love. Sorry me just being honest. Those boys need to put some meat on those bones and maybe consult a surgeon. 🙂 boys just having my tongue in my cheek!

Soooo depressing!. James you are so right – its so depressing.You can see that all the guys have started ”getting ready” the day before to try and make an impression.The carmen curlers and Violet Kuny products have been used.Its frightening!! The sad thing is that they all probably go home alone anyway!! Where are the days of Heaven, Champions and Stardust and Purple Fly?? I miss those days!

Welcome to my world. I left JHB a long time ago, and when i see these pics, it makes me thankful for that decisions.
Living in London is incredible, an exciting city, and a wide variety of great guys from all over the world…No issues of racisms and racial cliques, where like in SAm certain ppl think they are better than everyone else, purely cos of their colour…
In london, they would be swollowed up immediately, and would not get a second glance.
